By registering or using BidBot ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

BidBot is a web-based platform designed for airline crew members to upload their schedule (line) files in PDF format. The platform provides enhanced visualization, filtering tools, and allows users to copy selected data for use in their official airline systems. BidBot is not affiliated with any airline or regulatory authority.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use the platform.

3. Account Registration

• Registration is required to access BidBot.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Each account is strictly personal and must not be shared with others.
• Your email address and payroll number are permanent and cannot be changed after registration.
• You must use your official work email address during registration. Personal or unofficial emails are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating these terms or misused.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• BidBot is a paid service with pricing clearly displayed on our platform or store page.
• Depending on how you subscribe (via our website or through app stores), subscription terms and billing methods may vary.
• Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Users are responsible for managing their renewal settings according to the platform used.
• All payments are considered final. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the method of subscription. We reserve the right to decline refund requests unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to update our subscription pricing or structure based on operational needs or service changes.
• We also reserve the right to transition the service from paid to free, or vice versa, at our sole discretion.
• We may offer both one-time and recurring subscriptions, and the availability of each option may differ by platform (e.g., iOS, Android, web).

5. Data We Collect

We collect the following information upon registration and usage:

• First and last name
• Payroll number
• Email address
• Phone number
• Role (job title), rank, base, and fleet (if applicable)
• Uploaded PDF line files and their metadata
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, session activity)

6. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the platform
• Process uploaded files and present results
• Communicate service-related updates
• Manage your account and security
• Analyze performance and usage behavior

7. Sharing and Disclosure

8. Data Retention

• Your profile data is retained while your account is active.
• After uploading a PDF file, the resulting processed output — including filtered line selections or “bidsheet” data — is temporarily retained to improve user experience and enable easy re-access.
• Uploaded PDF files are stored temporarily only as needed to provide the service.
• You may request account deletion at any time.

9. Data Security

We use secure technologies (like HTTPS and encrypted databases) and our own secure servers to protect your data. However, no online system is entirely secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and this Policy are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
